We were live from The Groove over in East Nashvile today for our 'Get Your Groove On Benefit'.  This event raised almost $200 in cash to go toward RFN's expansion all across Nashville.  Unfortunately, I was sick as a dog, suffering from a stomach bug.  I am not all too much fun on this edition of the show.
