So, what's been going on?
Welp, sheer and utter (or udder) laziness; lack of motivation and general malaise.
However, we are going to start updating this darn thing again, if the paddles don't break and Aintry doesn't flood.
We've expanded the program to two hours, airing Sunday afternoons from 4p to 6p CT on Radio Free Nashville.

Timing is relatively consistent per hour, typically we do the first hour at 49:30 to leave room for local avail (news, etc). The second hour is typically 59:50 with room for a station ID.
